Before leaving our warehousing distribution facility stringent outgoing quality checks are made so that the correct product and orders are shipped to the specified destination. We also check that the packaging is suitable for the transport mode selected by the customer, so the goods arrive in excellent condition.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITION OF SALE
These are the terms and condition of sale that are in force that rule the sale of the product by Kannis World Limited to you. Additional local and other terms and condition may be applicable as well which do not bind Kannis in any way or are detrimental to Kannis Products and reputation. Kannis products and services also include offers directly or indirectly by Kannis, Kannis Gift Cards, Vouchers, Dog Shows, Profile, and Application for Mobile and Messages from us. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the following conditions.
Your order is a proposal to buy the product or service you order. We will send you the message confirmation of the receipt of your order when you place the order with us or a third party certified associate to Kannis selling Kannis Products and services. The confirmation may be presented on a Message-centre on the Kannis Website. The order confirmation represents that we have received your order, and does not confirms that your offer to buy the product(s) or services(s) is accepted. The acceptance of your order will be concluded, if we dispatch the product(s) or service(s) to you which will be represented by an email confirmation or written post mail from Kannis also known as “Shipping Confirmation”.
If ordered product(s) is more than one then you will receive separate shipping confirmation for each product and every shipping confirmation will be treated as separate contract of sale of goods/products and services.
You agreement is with Kannis World Limited, in case you cancel the order, your order can be cancelled at no cost at any time before we dispatch the shipping/dispatch confirmation relating to the product that needs cancellation. The rights to cancel does not apply to the downloadable products such as Kannis software, once downloaded the products or services cannot be taken back.
You agree to receive the purchase order, sales Invoice, proforma Invoice, Quotation, emails, contracts, Invoice electronically from Kannis email addresses. The above formats will be made available to you to the email address you provided to Kannis in any of the following formats - .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .gif, .tiff Shipping confirmation will be separate each delivery.
14 DAYS CANCELLATION POLICY
You can terminate your order without giving any cause within 14 days from the day you or the third party designated by you obtains the goods bought. This policy will not be followed unless one the exceptions listed below applies.
To meet the closing date you must communicate to us in writing your decision of cancellation before the 14 days cancellation period and return the product to our centre at Kannis World Limited, 120 Bark Street, Bolton, BL1 2AX, U.K. For further queries you can contact us through our customer service located on our Kannis website under “Contact Us” webpage.
PROCEDURE AFTER CANCELLATION
For the product(s) or Service(s) you purchased from us we will reimburse all the payments for the product(s) or service(s) and the delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we get the above message for cancellation. For refund we will use the same means of payment. You will not be liable for any extra fee for refund such as credit card fee, debit card fee, transaction fee. We will not be able to refund you unless we do not receive the product(s) back or have received evidence of having sent back the product(s) liable for refund. We recommend you use the recorded delivery service. You must send the returnable product no later than 14 days which includes working and non-working days under Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 as implemented in the applicable EU member state. The direct cost of returning these products will be borne by you. You will be responsible if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to handling or any other factor.
EXCEPTIONS TO CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
The cancellation do not apply to:
If the products are unsealed by you or by the third party instructed by you after delivery;
If the supply of goods expire rapidly;
if you placed your order and we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started or the product delivery is in transit;
KANNIS UNPAID GUARANTEE
Kannis provides you with the voluntary returns guarantee for all the products purchased from Kannis website could be returned within 30 days of receipt of products to Kannis if the products are complete are unused and undamaged condition within the original packaging.
The transport risk and return costs are your liability and will be paid by you. This does not affect your statutory right and the rights of cancellation as described above.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices are inclusive of local legally applicable V.A.T. We also list the condition and the information weather the product is available or not on our website. If the items become unavailable after placing and confirmation of the order then you will not be charged for that product. The delivery times are approx. values and they should not be regarded as guarantee from Kannis nor will Kannis bear any claims in relation with delivery schedules. These should always be regarded as estimates.

No reverse engineering unless explicitly permitted under applicable mandatory law you may not and you will not encourage, assist or authorise any other person to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Kannis Products and its product composition, marketing ideas, selling points, weather in whole or in part or create any derivative product from or of the Kannis Products
IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS CLEARENCE AND PET FOOD LICENSE
Import of Kannis Pet Food may be subject to dog food licences, import taxes and duties for purchase outside the EU. The custom clearance, Import duty, corresponding paper work and charges should be completed and paid by you. When ordering Kannis products from Kannis website or third part website you are considered as an importer and must comply with the rules and regulations of the country into which the goods can be imported. We would recommend you to contact your local custom office for more information on importation of dog food in your country.
Kannis and its associates will not be responsible for losses that were not started by any breach on Kannis’s part, and loss of business including loss in revenue, profits, assets, direct expenses, indirect expenses, savings, data, goodwill, wasted expenditure, any indirect or significant losses that were not predictable to both you and Kannis when the agreement for the sales of goods by Kannis and you was made. The conditions laid by us does not excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by Kannis or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
If the delay is caused which is beyond our reasonable control or natural causes or third party acts we will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations. This condition will not affect your right to have the product sent to you within a reasonable time limit. If the delay happens before the products are shipped, we will not charge you for the goods until they are shipped and you may withdraw your order at any time before the dispatch takes place from our warehouse.
These conditions and the relationship between Kannis and user shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
UPGRADATIONS AND AMMENDMENTS
Kannis has rights to make any alterations or amendments to its policies, Terms and conditions, Usage Policies and other policies time to time. Those updated policies by default will be in force at the time you use Kannis Services and Products. In case anyone or set of conditions are deemed as void or unreasonable the other will policies will still remain enforce and will not affect its validity.
